We all know that glassware can be delicate and here at Malt & Brew we endeavour to get your glasses to you in one beautiful piece. All our glasses are wrapped individually and have the added protection of a customised box. Occasionally however, events that are out of our control may result in damage or breakage. Should you experience this, don’t worry! Just send us a picture of the damaged glass and its packaging and we will send you another one as a replacement. No questions asked!
